By registering for an account at FreshFeed.io with your email address you are agreeing to the terms of service and all other clauses listed here forth. If you do not wish to accept these terms you can simply deactivate your account and not continue using it.

You can cancel your subscription anytime in the Billing section of your Dashboard by connecting with our support team. By cancelling the subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current pre-paid period and then expires automatically.

If you do not wish to continue using the Service, please cancel the auto-renewal option at least 3 days before the end of the billing period so that the cancellation can be processed correctly.

GetMails is not obligated to provide you a refund at any time. As per our 7 days money back guarantee, you will be given the option to ask for a refund when cancelling the subscription. You have 7 days after the transaction to request for a full refund.

The 7 days refund eligibility does not apply to 2 consecutive subscriptions.

For annual subscriptions, we may provide a partial refund upon request, however, the amount would be based only on full months and calculated as if monthly plan was used. We do not provide partial refunds for monthly subscriptions.

We will not refund any subscription in order to purchase the same subscription plan with the discounted price.
